1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Orin website operated by Fluid Software Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting or using the site, you accept these terms in full.

These terms cover the informational website only. They do not form a contract for any service. If you book a call with us, any separate relationship that may result from that call is not governed by these terms.

2. What This Site Is

This is a marketing and information website published during a pilot phase. Its only purpose is to share general information about Orin and to let you request a call ("Book a call").

The site has no user accounts, no registration, no purchases, no payments, and no file uploads. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding commitment, and the content may change or be removed at any time.

Any figures, metrics, screenshots, or results shown on the site are illustrative and indicative only. They are not guaranteed and should not be relied on as a basis for decisions without your own verification. We do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, error free, or up to date.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and code, is owned by or licensed to Fluid Software Labs UG and is protected by copyright and other laws. The "Orin" name and logo are our property. Any third party names or marks belong to their respective owners.

No license to this content is granted to you. You may view the site in the normal course of browsing, but reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content beyond that requires our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use this site only for lawful, informational purposes. You must not:

• interfere with or disrupt the site or its security
• use bots, scrapers, or crawlers, or otherwise harvest data from the site automatically
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related systems
• introduce malware or any other harmful code
• misuse the booking or contact function, for example by sending spam or false information
• use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaks applicable law

5. Third-Party Links

The site may link to external websites, such as Cal.com, which we use for booking a call. These links are provided for convenience only.

We have no control over and take no responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third party sites. A link does not mean we endorse the linked site.

6. Privacy

We process the limited personal data you provide when you book a call or email us, such as your name, email address, and message, along with standard server logs and basic analytics. We do not collect payment data or store uploaded content.

7. Disclaimer and No Warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. This includes warranties as to accuracy, availability, uninterrupted or error free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer concerns the informational content of the site. It does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law, for example under the German Product Liability Act.

For simple negligence, we are liable only where a material contractual obligation (a so called cardinal duty) has been breached, and then only for foreseeable, typical damage. A material contractual obligation is one whose fulfilment is essential to the proper use of the site and on which you may reasonably rely.

Any further liability is excluded. In particular, within the limits above, we are not liable for any reliance you place on the content or for any damage arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time, with effect for future use. The version posted on the site is the current one, shown with its update date.

If you continue to use the site after a change, that counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict of law rules.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich. This applies where you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and EU consumer law remain unaffected.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
